The theme of your website will be designed to complement your company’s branding, using your logo and colour scheme. 

A contact form will be included, making it easy for your prospects to get in touch. And an interactive Google map can also be displayed to help your customers locate you.

If you use social media to promote your business, then your website will be integrated with these as well so that your marketing channels are all joined up.

Mobile friendly

More people now access the internet from mobile devices than desktop computers. Google also now works on a ‘mobile-first’ basis, so websites that aren’t optimised for mobile will be penalised and rank lower in the search engine results.

I will make sure your website works perfectly on mobile as well as desktop, so that all your visitors can navigate your site equally well whilst making sure that Google can easily index your site.

An SSL certificate comes as standard with all of the websites I design. This displays the padlock icon in the browser when people visit your site, telling them that their connection to your site is secure.

SEO – or Search Engine Optimisation to give it its full name – is the practice of increasing the quantity and quality of traffic to your website through organic search engine results (rather than using pay-per-click advertising). 

There are many SEO components, several of which relate to the way the website is designed. For instance, search engines such as Google need to be able to crawl and index your website without any issues or errors.
